Terms of Service.

1. Service Overview

LocaBey ("we", "us") provides two categories of services: social media growth packages (followers, likes, views) and marketing agency services (websites, content, branding, ads, SEO). All orders are processed manually via WhatsApp before any payment is collected.

2. Order Process

All orders are submitted via WhatsApp. A LocaBey team member will confirm your order details, including price, URL, quantity and delivery timeline, before requesting payment. No charges are made without your explicit confirmation. Orders are not binding until confirmed by both parties on WhatsApp.

3. Payment

Payment is collected after order confirmation via Carte Bleue, PayPal, bank transfer or other agreed methods. Prices shown on the site are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed on WhatsApp before payment.

4. Social Media Growth: Delivery & Guarantees

Delivery timelines are confirmed per order. We offer a 30-day drop protection guarantee on follower orders: if the delivered count drops within 30 days, we top up at no extra cost. This guarantee does not apply if the account is made private, deleted, or violates the platform's terms of service after delivery.

5. Agency Services: Scope & Revisions

Agency projects are governed by individual proposals shared via WhatsApp or email before work begins. The proposal defines scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees, communicated in advance.

6. Refunds

Refunds for social media growth orders are not available once delivery has begun. If delivery fails to start within the confirmed timeline, a full refund is issued. For agency services, refunds are handled case by case according to the project proposal terms.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide a valid, public profile or post URL for social growth orders. LocaBey is not responsible for delivery failures caused by private accounts, deleted content, or platform changes after order confirmation.

8. Limitation of Liability

LocaBey is not liable for indirect losses including loss of revenue, loss of followers due to platform algorithm changes, or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
