No payment data is stored on our servers. Payments are processed via third-party providers (PayPal, card processors).

We use the following analytics tools on this website: Google Analytics 4 (traffic and behaviour data), Microsoft Clarity (session recordings and heatmaps). These tools may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited and time on site. You can opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Your data is used solely to: process and deliver your order, communicate with you about your order, and improve the website experience. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated profiling or decisions.

Order-related data (WhatsApp messages, URLs, contact details) is retained for up to 2 years for service and dispute purposes, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the respective platform's policies (Google Analytics: 14 months by default).
